The plot features a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a clandestine sect.
The questline concentrates on "peculiar experiments and a monstrous enemy" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview concludes with a dramatic scene showing a character, likely the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
